  • Please check: Go to > Your Account > Login & Security > E-mail
  • If not added, please add and then place order. After order is placed adding email won’t work. Not to worry, Follow point 2:

  3. Shipped today (on Fixit Expert Web) means it’s delivered. Ignore: Out for delivery/Running late/Arriving tomorrow. It’s an app error.
